1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after the order is placed. Orders received after 2:00 PM SAST will be processed the following business day.

2. Shipping Options

We use The Courier Guy for all deliveries within South Africa. We offer standard delivery for all orders with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. External factors such as natural events, traffic, or courier delays may impact delivery.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address, parcel weight, and dimensions.

Additional customs import fees or taxes may apply for parcels with international shipping (if offered).

4. Tracking Your Order

Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order is dispatched. Using The Courier Guy tracking portal or our Shopify integration, customers can monitor delivery status in real time.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Our returns policy covers eligibility for defective or damaged items. To amend or cancel an order before shipment:

Contact us within 24 hours of order confirmation.

Refunds are processed once the returned parcel is received and inspected.
